Our initiatives focus on bridging social and economic gaps while working to promote the purest form of engagement: service-oriented engagement. Although each initiative can operate independently, many believe that our youth would benefit from an experiential program that cultivates a sense of service from an early age, while also developing essential soft skills such as kindness, empathy, a strong work ethic, teamwork, leadership, and self-confidence.

Create confident young citizens

Another primary goal of ours is to prioritize the well-being of our youth. Our youth are our future, as the children of today will transform into the doctors, lawyers, and leaders of tomorrow. By providing them with support, opportunities for growth, and access to resources, we can help them overcome the challenges they face resulting from virtual learning and social isolation. By nurturing their mental health, we can empower them to navigate these challenging times with resilience and optimism.

Build stronger connected communities

The historically tough times that have befallen our society have many people asking one main question: how can we help? Well, it begins by acknowledging that change begins within ourselves. By practicing acts of kindness, reaching out to our neighbors, and fostering connections, we can rebuild the sense of community that has been lost. We can also seek out accurate information from reliable sources to combat misinformation and promote understanding.

Families

GOOD PEOPLE proudly offers a gamification feature for families. Within the app's family portal, you can do the following:

Set goals
Receive volunteer opportunities based on your interests
Track accumulated service hours
Earn points for completing tasks
Store photos
Receive awards for achieving goals

Any pictures posted in the app serve as a scrapbook documenting your family's service journey over the years. The app also stores and tracks total hours and completed events, making it a valuable resource for resume-building purposes in job or college applications.

In these unprecedented times, humanity has faced numerous challenges and lost its sense of direction. Our communities have become disconnected, with neighbors becoming strangers, and children experiencing much of their lives through screens, leading to increased levels of childhood depression and anxiety.

Additionally, the media bombards us with half-truths, contributing to misinformation and division among citizens. The pandemic has further exacerbated feelings of fear, separation, and isolation. As a result, young children are falling behind, and many may feel a sense of hopelessness and helplessness.

Despite these daunting circumstances, it's important to remember that we, as good people can make a difference. We can start by rediscovering the innate qualities we are all born with: kindness, love, and empathy. By embracing these qualities, we have the power to create happiness and unity within our communities. The path to healing and unity may not be easy, but by focusing on the innate qualities that make us human, we can spark positive change. Kindness, love, and empathy can serve as powerful catalysts for healing, fostering a sense of happiness and unity within our communities. Let us come together and work towards a brighter future.

GOOD PEOPLE is dedicated to fostering personal growth and community cohesion. We provide a comprehensive approach that includes a dynamic elementary school strategy and a family and community-based program, supported by user-friendly application software. With GOOD PEOPLE, giving back becomes simple and impactful. Through our platform, local organizations gain access to dedicated volunteers who are matched based on their interests and skill sets. For instance, if you and your family have a passion for animals, you will be presented with service opportunities at the humane society, bird rescue centers, and animal shelters.
